We're finally doing it! Bryant Hornet Engineering is hosting a summer robotics camp!
At Hornet Engineering Robotics Camps, students will work with the original VEX EDR robotics platform that is used in Middle School, High School, and Collegiate level competition!
Camp VEX Mix - $75/student* FULL!!
9:00am-Noon, Mon-Thurs (July 17th-20th)
Designed for students entering 4th- 7th grade, this camp will guide students through construction and basic programming of a competition-capable robot. The week culminates in a camp-wide tournament, playing an original, entirely new VEX-themed game – VEX Mix. No prior experience is necessary.
Camp Automaton - $75/student* FULL!!
1:00pm-4:00pm, Wed-Fri (July 19th-21st)

VRC Workshops -
1:00pm-4:00pm, Mon-Tues (July 17th & 18th) - Lunch will start at 12:30
Our VEX Robotics Competition workshops are informal sessions allowing VRC teams from across the state to visit the Hornet Engineering Center, get a close-up look at Championship robots from the last 5 seasons, and generally talk robots with our crews/coaches. We’ll talk about what we’ve learned in the past and discuss this year’s game – In the Zone. Anyone competing in VEX Robotics is welcome – coaches, sponsors, team-members, administrators, or especially those who are considering first steps into the ever-growing world of VEX Robotics Competition.
Fee will include lunch on both days. We're working to get PD credits for teachers - you know this would be a great way to get 6 hours of PD.
These events are not intended for elementary students.
Space is limited.

Workshops will be hosted by John Williams, 5-year Bryant VRC coach, as well as members from past and present Championship teams.
All staff are volunteers, with all profits benefiting H.E.A.T..
